This guided journal invites you to pause and reflect while out on a walk or hike. There is space to write and draw whatever is in front of you, or what circles your mind in the moment.
This journal has space for 12 entries; so whether you want to space out your mindful walks to one per month or practice it more frequently, there is enough space to enjoy moments in nature. It comes in a practical A6 size to fit into any bag.
Every entry covers four pages - one page for a quick check-in to note down your location, date, or weather; followed by a page to draw and two more pages to write. Interesting quotes that inspire and aim to make you reflect are added throughout the booklet.
